Organized jointly by the Strasbourg Museums group and the Frankfurt Deutsches Architekturmuseum, the exhibition entitled “Interférences/Interferenzen Architecture Germany - France 1800-2000” will be curated by Jean-Louis Cohen and Hartmut Frank, architecture historians and professors at New York University and the Hamburg Hafen-City Universität respectively.
CITE DU DESIGN designed by LIN will be showcased as an example of a deeply cooperation between Germany and France.
The exhibition, to be held in Strasbourg and Frankfurt from late March 2013 to mid-January 2014, sets out to give an overview of the place of architecture in Franco-German exchanges, covering the period from the aftermath of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Empire to the present day.
